- A girl that has dishonored my family.
4. What is your cultural choice?
-Well according to my dad, is an El Salvadorian, I do not get to choose.
5. Rich, middle class, poor?
-Any is fine. status like that should not determine who I love.

-A loyal Salvadorian woman.
8. Does health matter?
Depending on the condition, like if it is STD then I do mind.
9. Long hair, short hair?
-Short hair. Lots of girls in El Salvador, especially in my neighborhood had short hair and I find it pretty today.
10. What type of body do you like?
-A thin waist and big thighs and breasts.
11. What skin tone?
-A nice, tan tone, just like the women in El Salvador.
SUMMARY
In the article "Pride and Sexiness" the main focus is about the same characteristics on two different ethic groups does not necessarily mean that they are both desirable to the same person. The study shows that if somebody likes a dark skin tone on an El Salvadorian and on a Caucasian woman can be desirable differently by the same person. The article states that light skin is most attractive, but obviously from my interview that is not true to Portillo. Aside from what the article says that is most attractive, no one characteristic is desirable by every man in the world because of diversity and tastes. Being raised in such a style may effect things like that; of course that is just one variable for different tastes in women. In Portillo's case here, what he finds pretty is what his culture expects him to like.
